As a senior data analyst Andrew worked to clean the HR and Payroll data ahead of migration to the new HRIS platform. This involved checking for validity, accuracy and completeness of data ahead of several trial migration tasks.Â
In addition to analysing the data, Andrew met with stakeholders around the State to discuss the quality of their data and processes to ensure suitability for the future state systems.
As a senior Project Manager Andrew oversaw eight core Digital Transformation projects, reporting to steering committees, maintaining budgets and program registers. Projects included:
